Unclaimed/ Unpaid Dividend/Unpaid NCD Dues

In terms of the provisions of section 125 of Companies Act 2013 and other applicable rules, unclaimed dividend and other moneys/amounts as mentioned under sub-sections 2 to section 125 of the Companies Act, 2013 including maturity proceeds of NCDs which are not encashed or claimed, within 7 years from the date of maturity, will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) established by the Government of India. Section 125(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, provides that no claim shall lie against the Company or IEPF after the said transfer.
