IBL Finance Limited (IBLFL) has adopted this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory guidelines, including the Reserve Bank of India guidelines on digital lending and data protection under the Reserve Bank of India (Non-Banking Financial Companies – Credit Facilities) Directions, Reserve Bank of India (Non-Banking Financial Companies – Know Your Customer) Directions, 2025, Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and The Information Technology Act, 2000. 

This policy is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents / records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. The term “you”, “customer”, “user”, “borrower” denotes the person avails the services of IBLFL by using the mobile application or through any other mode. This privacy policy does not require any physical, electronic, or digital signature.   

This Privacy Policy is a legally binding document between you and IBLFL. The terms of this Privacy Policy will be effective upon your acceptance of the same by availing its services. This Privacy Policy specifies the terms related to the management and handling of personal information of users (hereinafter referred to as “the Users”) using the services of IBLFL platform accessible through Mobile/Smartphone application. We understand that you entrust us with certain Information to help us provide various Services.
