  • Resolve routine customer queries by following standard procedures and escalation guidelines
  • Take complete ownership of each customer interaction, ensuring respectful and empathetic communication
  • Deliver prompt and accurate resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction

  • Work independently while contributing positively in a team environment

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in systems/CRM tools

Requirements

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills (experience in service-based organizations preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking, NBFC, or financial services
  • Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • High level of empathy and customer engagement mindset
  • Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools
  • Strong attention to detail and process adherence
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high customer volumes efficiently
