Role Overview

The AVP – Treasury will be responsible for managing the organization’s liquidity, fundraising, financial risk, and relationships with financial institutions. The role involves developing funding strategies, maintaining lender relationships, ensuring compliance with lender requirements, and supporting the organization’s long-term financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage treasury operations including liquidity, funding, and financial risk management.
• Develop and execute strategies for fundraising and capital planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, NBFCs, financial institutions, and other funding sources.
• Onboard new lenders and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Achieve assigned monthly fundraising or funding targets.
• Analyze financial markets and explore various lending and funding opportunities.
• Ensure timely submission of lender reporting requirements, monthly statements, and compliances (RBI, MCA, etc.).
• Lead and manage direct and indirect fundraising or marketing campaigns.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding market trends, strategies, and treasury initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to lenders, funding proposals, and financial submissions.
