• For any queries related to your Personal data, you can write to us at info@wordpress-728198-4492792.cloudwaysapps.com with the subject “My Personal Data- Loan” from your IBL registered email id. Kindly mention your registered phone number and query in the mail body.

If you want to delete your personal data stored with us for the Loan product, kindly follow the below steps:

• 1. Drop an email to our Customer Success team at info@wordpress-728198-4492792.cloudwaysapps.com with the subject “Remove my Personal Data-Loan”.
• 2. Mention your registered Phone number with IBL in the mail body. Kindly ensure to send this from your IBL registered mail id only.
• 3. Our customer success team will get back to you within 2 working days with the next steps and the confirmation of data deletion.

• Kindly note that the customers with the closed loan accounts only can avail this option. If your loan account is active and still want to delete your data, we request you to pay the remaining dues, close the account and then follow the above steps. To foreclose the loan account follow below steps.

• Login to the IBL Finance Mobile Application >>> Loan Details >>> check on icon (≡) >>> PRE-CLOSURE >>> Process to Pay >>> Select a Payment Method and click on Pay Now option to proceed with the payment.
